DietForge is a professional decision support tool, not veterinary, nutritional, regulatory, safety, or legal advice.

Users must independently verify every formulation, input, output, recommendation, calculation, and export before production use.

Users assume responsibility for feeding, manufacturing, purchasing, labeling, regulatory, animal health, welfare, performance, and economic decisions.

The service and its outputs are provided as is, as available, and with all faults, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

DietForge disclaims indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, reliance, and punitive damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Aggregate liability is limited to the greater of fees paid in the preceding 12 months or US$50, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

The iPhone app also uses Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless a custom agreement is presented in the App Store.
